Reporting a defect or requesting a change

Failure to provide sufficient information may result in the case being closed without any prior notification.

If your query is not related to GovService (previously Firmstep), the Zipporah Booking system, or an Office 365 process built by Digital First we may not be able to assist and you should raise a support ticket on Service Now.

If your query relates to Data for reporting or FOIs  please direct it to the Data Insights team - mmurchie@aberdeencity.gov.uk

Please note, we will only action Case Deletion requests where there is a legal requirement due to a data breach, Subject Erasure Request, or similar. We do not have a way of closing old cases in bulk, it is up to the service to respond to their enquiries.
